  • It’s not your imagination but along with clothes you might find your shoes don’t fit you either. The hormone progesterone is responsible for the increase in your shoe size. This hormone usually relaxes the ligaments around your pelvis to assist in childbirth, but sometimes it can increase the size of your feet. You can wear flip flops or shoes with elastic so that your feet won’t feel like they are choking.
  • Nose bleeds are another common occurrence during your pregnancy. Don’t be alarmed if you have a nose bleed because of a congested nose or cold. Nose bleeds occur because of the increased volume of blood in your body. You may find them irritating when they arrive unexpectedly. Use soft tissues with aloe Vera to sooth your nose. Avoid blowing your nose too hard as it can worsen the bleed.
  • You may notice an extra shine on your skin. Hormonal changes will increase oil production on your skin. To keep your skin oil free dab your face with tissues that are designed to absorb oil. You can also use oil free moisturizer along with washing your face twice a day.
  • Your breasts will continue to get larger. You will feel their weight is dragging you down at times. Wear proper support to avoid pains and aches. Increase in breast size is nature’s way of preparing them for breastfeeding.
